I currently have three posts in draft at this moment and about ten new posts rolling around in my head. It seems to be a theme these last few weeks, on the cusp of everything but not quite committing to anything.
But I'm trying to reframe the situation, I can either wake each day anxious about the uncertainty of the future or I can awake each day thankful for the opportunities I have available to me.
And the fact is I'm incredibly thankful.
Friends and Family both near and far
Beautifully prepared meals shared with Friends
This beautiful island I live on that will always be home no matter where my feet may wander
Forest hikes and appreciating the changing of seasons
Preparing food from scratch and delicious stocks of fresh made soups
I hope wherever you find yourself in the world this week you take a minute to be thankful for the good things you have in your life.
